Allegro is a major subcontractor under this now seven-year contract serving as the A&A lead supplying expert resources to design and deliver training worldwide. Allegro supplies the A&A subject matter experts for 95% of the A&A course offerings under this award, has never turned down a course assignment, and provide last-minute substitutions for others. Beyond A&A experts, Allegro provides Project Design, Program Cycle, and Evaluation experts for related courses, and provides Facilitators and Moderators for all courses. Allegro implements this project under multiple Task Orders currently valued at $5.2M covering over 60 countries, including non-permissive countries. Allegro’s lead design work for web-based trainings and videos won a 2020 AVA Digital Award (PDT E-Learning Presents: The Acquisition Professional in the USAID Context) and a 2019 Marcom Award (Microlearning videos for high-impact learning and performance support).
Upon COVID-19 travel restrictions, Allegro completely re-designed the two-week FAC-COR basic certification course to virtual Instructor-Led (vILT), developed vILT training of trainers sessions, and trained all WWT trainers, facilitators, and moderators.
