Barbara Brocker has over 33 years of experience in federal contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, and related compliance matters. She has over 21 years in curriculum design and development.  She served in a variety of positions with the US Government including Contract Specialist with the U.S. Air Force, Contracting and Agreement Officer, Acquisition and Assistance Ombudsman and Director of Procurement Policy for USAID. She was also the Associate Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer for an international development health NGO and has served as Executive Procurement Witness for both Government and private clients. Leading a team of 60 subject matter and other experts, she has successfully lead, managed, and delivered services around the world for Allegro since 2008.
